Use your favorite creative design software.
To Print your business cards you will
need::
an inkjet printer
or laser printer
plain paper
business cards
printer and
software manuals
Refer to your software manual for instructions
on page orientation and page margins.
If your program has a setting for Avery®
5371, 8371 use it as a template.
For other software, use the following
as a guide for setting margins and spacing:

After setting the margins, print your
design on a plain sheet of paper for practice most templates will
need some adjustments.
After printing, hold the draft sheet
against a business card sheet to check for proper alignment of
information within each business card grid.
Refer to your printer manual on loading
and printing on card stock or heavy paper.
Place one sheet of business card paper
into the printer at a time.
If printer does not grab sheet, gently
push it forward to start printing.
To Separate Your
Cards:
Separate cards by folding back and forth
along the horizontal cuts.
Tear along the horizontal perforations.
Repeat the folding and tearing along
the vertical perforations.
Smooth the edges of the cards by running
your fingers along each side.
Don't stop at business
cards!
