How to use Rub On Decal Decal Transfer Film:
Create your Rub On Decal image and or text with your favorite design software.
To print your Rub On Decal with and inkjet printer or laser printer.
Set your printer as follows: Resolution = High Paper = Photo Paper
Mirror Image, this is especially important if you are printing text.
Your final image will be in reverse of the original.
If you are unsure how to adjust your printer settings consult your owner's manual for details.
You may also rubber stamp or draw a design on the Rub On Decal Film.
Rub On Decals can also be used with your favorite rubber stamps.
Simply stamp on the print side of the Printable Rub On Decal Film and then follow the steps for applying the adhesive sheet.
To apply your Rub On Decal adhesive sheet.
Peel away the blue liner from the adhesive sheet.
Apply the adhesive side of sheet to the printed side of the Rub On Decal Film.
Cut out your decals by carefully trimming as close as possible to the Rub On Decal image.
Peel away the liner that is covering the adhesive sheet and apply the sticky side of the Rub On Decal Film to a clean, dry surface.
Using a craft stick or coin rub the decal until it is completely adhered.
Carefully peel away the frosted film liner to reveal your Rub On Decal design.
If you bend the paper slightly the film liner will loosen from the rubbed on image.
Suggestions:
If you are not using the entire sheet, cut out a portion of the adhesive sheet that will amply cover your design so you don't use the entire sheet at once.
Also, work slowly and carefully, the adhesive is very sticky and cannot be removed once applied.
Smooth away any bubbles as you go.
To remove liner easily, bend a corner of adhesive film slightly and blue liner will separate from adhesive.
Cut out your decals by carefully trimming as close as possible to the Rub On Decal image.
Peel away the liner that is covering the adhesive sheet and apply the sticky side of the Rub On Decal Film to a clean dry surface.
Using a craft stick or coin rub the decal until it is completely adhered.
Carefully peel away the frosted film liner to reveal your Rub On Decal design.
